We began on Maggie's Music Box in September of 2019, completely gutting and renovating a historic building at 2nd and Main in Jenks.  The building was built in 1930 as a post office and has since been home to a number of businesses since including most prominently a drug store.  Maggie's opened to the public in October of 2020 after waiting through the Covid pandemic.

 A little Soul on Route 66.  After outgrowing our space on 3rd Street, with met Marvin Shirley who owned a newly renovated space on 11th and Utica in Tulsa.  We quickly became friends and remain friends to this day along with his wife Jennifer. We leased the building and opened Soul City Gastropub & Music House.  Our time on 11th was awesome but we were a little ahead of our time as the surroundings had not yet caught up to the demand of what we were trying to accomplish there thus causing us to close and look for a new, more promising spot...Jenks!

Never despise small beginnings!  Kevin & Amy Smith met during the summer of 2011 and quickly formed a partnership and quickly decided to open a working art studio called Studio818 at 3rd & Lansing in downtown Tulsa.  While booking bands at Riverwalk Crossing in Jenks, they had music Friday Nights on the 818 patio.  They quickly outgrew the space and began to look a new locations and finally settled on 11th street.
